looks good, feels good
I bought this jacket on recommendation from a friend, and he was spot on. It's very light, comfortable and I don't seem to sweat as much as when I'm wearing my Gortex North Face jacket.
Good quality, but did not feel comfortable
I tried 3 sizes of these before finding that the XL was the best size, according to their size charts I needed an XXL but on trying this it was way too large, the L felt more fitted but the sleeves were too short.
Overall jacket seemed good quality, the hood is huge but I understand it is designed to fit a helmet and it does have adjustment to make it smaller. The advertising blurb says the hood can be rolled up and secured but I could not see how other than to thread a toggle through the hanging loop and this kept coming undone.
But the reason I did not keep the jacket was that I intended to wear it during the summer with a short sleeve wicking t-shirt, unfortunately the ends of the underarm ventilation zips were coarse and felt uncomfortable against the bare skin.
Ultimately I have purchased a peak jacket that is very similiar but without these zips.
