Women's trousers, man's zip?
The fabric and fit of these pants are great but the way the zip is sewn in is all wrong. The fastener on the waistband is not far enough over so that the zip placquet gapes and is all wrinkled. And why on earth is the zip the same as in a man's trousers?? I looked for some in a shop and they were also all the same.
Would not buy again

Just what I wanted
I was a bit worried about ordering these due to comments in the previous review; however, I need not have been concerned.
These trousers fit perfectly (size 12) although they are a bit long for me. Had a 'short' version been available, I would have ordered it (as I'm only 5ft/152cm), but regular or long were the only options available. The trousers do have adjustable hem cords so you can cinch them in, thus preventing them dragging on the floor!
Unlike the previous reviewer, there's no problem with the zip or fastening. The waistband seems comfortable, although these do come up a little higher than most jeans/trousers I normally wear (they sit at the natural waist, rather than being 'hipster').
I would describe the material as a 'technical fabric' - it's not soft or cotton-like, but it does have a reasonable degree of stretch and the cut is very flattering because of this.
