I am impressed with this jacket for the price.I have worn it in very cold and windy conditions and it is certainly warm and windproof,I am pretty sure it is also breathable as I ride hard and there is no moisture on the inside of the jacket. It is a well designed jacket and I would agree with a review I read prior to purchasing it, the zips on the pockets are not the best,but then all I keep in my pocket is my recovery tool(mobile phone).Definately dont let the price put you off, it is a great jacket, and being Hi-Vis you can be seen from miles away.I cant comment on the waterproof capability of the jacket as I am a fair weather rider, but I dont doubt that it is waterproof.

As the title suggests, this item works well in all the ways that one might think important except that it is fitted with a small fiddly zip that does not always engage properly when pulled up. Otherwise, it is high visibility, lightweight, but keeps the wind and the rain out.
